Human Resource Manager

Northwest Christian School District is seeking a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource (HR) Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions that support staffing, policy development, and employee relations. This role is vital to ensuring that all HR processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of both organizational and employee needs.

Key duties include reviewing and managing employment applications, updating and creating job descriptions, and posting open positions. This role will also develop policies and procedures for all campuses and the thrift store, serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, and facilitate accommodation requests.

JV High School Softball Coach

Northwest Christian Schools is hiring a JV HS Softball coach for the upcoming 2024-2025 year. The applicant must agree with the school’s statement of faith, have knowledge in teaching the fundamentals of the game of softball,  the ability to commit to a high school schedule, the desire to build a program, and the ability to create a positive and encouraging environment.  The salary would be between $1200-$2500.

Bus Drivers

NWCS is currently accepting applications for Bus Drivers – part-time and/or extracurricular. Please complete the NWCS Employment Application with an indication of your availability. Wages are $18-21 per hour.

Bus Driver Referral Incentive Program 

Our Bus Driver Referral Program rewards individuals who successfully refer a qualified bus driver with a $1,000 tuition credit. The driver must commit to driving 10 hours and/or two athletic trips per week to qualify. This program aims to attract skilled drivers to join our team while benefiting our community. *Additional conditions do apply.
